Parent Teacher Conferences Parent Teacher Conferences this year will be held virtually on Thursday, November 5th. All students will have a half day of instruction, regardless of their remote or in-person status (B Cohort is in that day). Cohort B students' will be dismissed at 11am. Parent-Teacher Conference hours are as follows: Afternoon: 12:30pm - 2:30pm & Evening: 4:30pm - 7:00pm (this year the evening is only 2.5 hours in duration) Teachers will be contacting parents/guardians to schedule a time to virtually meet. Yellow school bus service will be provided for children who regularly ride.
Respect for All Essay and Poster Contest October is National Anti-Bullying Month, and we are encouraging all our students to participate in this anti-bullying essay and poster contest. Click above to view the guidelines for the essay and photo contest. For students who are full remote, they can drop their poster/essays off to security or they can email them to their teachers. Posters and essays are due no later than November 2nd. For questions about the contest, please contact [email protected].
Important Communication: COVID-19 Testing Site This message only applies to in-person learning families:Please read the attached letter that examples that P.S. 29 will be a testing site next week. Please note that students from grades 1-12 are eligible to be tested.
PTA Election Meeting Our PTA will be holding the election meeting this Wednesday at 6pm via zoom. The zoom invite will be sent out Wednesday morning. Due to privacy reasons, parents/guardians must RSVP click on the title above. Once you have completed the form you will be emailed a code that you will need to access the meeting. A letter was sent to your email with the job descriptions of each PTA position for anyone who is interested in running.

Back to School Spirit Week! Starting October 7th all cohorts and full remote students are encouraged to participate in our back to school spirit week! Send all videos & pictures to [email protected] .
Want your child to continue all-remote learning in the fall? All families that want their child to continue in the fall with remote learning full-time must complete the DOE’s Learning Preference survey by August 7. Click on the title above to access the survey.
